Who we are

This website is run by WeyBee Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("WeyBee", "we", "us"), a software engineering company with offices in Ahmedabad and Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@weybee.com.

Information we collect

• Contact and call requests. When you send a brief, request a call or subscribe to insights, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, country, phone number if you give it, the topics you choose and your message.
• AiBee assistant. When you use the assistant, the questions you type are sent to our server and to the AI service that generates the answer.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
• Cookies. We use only the cookies and browser storage described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include it in forms or in the assistant.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and discuss a possible project with you.
• To answer your questions in the AiBee assistant and to improve the quality of its answers.
• To send insights you have subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Legal basis

We process personal information with your consent (for example when you submit a form or subscribe), to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business and this website, and where the law requires it. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, we handle your information in line with it.

Sharing

We share personal information only with people and services that help us run this website and our business, and only as far as they need it: our hosting and email providers, the AI service behind the AiBee assistant, and professional advisers. They are bound to keep it confidential and to use it only for the services they provide to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

International transfers

We work with clients around the world, and some of our service providers store or process data outside the country you are in. When information is transferred, we use providers with appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting relationship, and then as long as legal or accounting rules require. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and anti-spam records are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Security

We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limits on who can see form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for a copy of your information. To make a request, email info@weybee.com. We will reply within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
