Accounting firms handle hundreds of recurring compliance deadlines a year for their clients: monthly, quarterly and annual filings, each with its own government due date. Tasks were tracked in spreadsheets and chat groups, staff productivity was hard to see, and billing was disconnected from the work actually done.

WeyBee built the platform end to end: a React and TypeScript web app and a .NET REST API with a separate scheduling service. An hourly job creates the next occurrence of every monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly task. WebSockets power task chat and live updates, documents are stored on AWS S3, and WhatsApp Business messaging is built in. Every record belongs to a company, so one installation can serve several firms with their data kept apart.
