A jewellery business needed to manage thousands of individually tagged pieces, from the workshop to the counter, while keeping its accounting software in sync. Tag-level stock, repairs and production stages were hard to track, and commercial documents were prepared by hand.

WeyBee delivered the ERP end to end, with project management, on .NET 8 using Clean Architecture. It includes a web application for staff, a secured API for mobile apps, an Excel bulk-import tool and a Windows print utility for tag labels. The system syncs with the accounting software over XML, stores production photos on AWS S3 and sends WhatsApp messages to customers.
